We do not accept bags returns.If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you will have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return. We remind you that we only accept returns if:
Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused, with all labels and accessories included where applicable. Upon receipt of the products in our stores, and after checking their condition, pabloochoa.shoes will proceed to refund the amount by the same payment method used. There will be no refund for those products which are not in the same condition and pabloochoa.shoes will not accept returns that have not been previously reported.
If you wish to exchange another item, you have two options:
In one of our stores, you can exchange:
- for the same price (exchange for another colour, size or model), as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
- for a different price (exchange for another model) our central office we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item in store.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.
