We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Website property

Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance selected from our collections. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our website.

Pictures, illustrations, descriptions or any other information from the website belong to Sociedad Gestora de Zapaterías S.L.U.

4. Product availability

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible and in any event within 30 calendar days of the day of our notification. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you in the same or separate orders will be dispatched in the normal way

5. Purchase 

Orders can only be made to purchase goods without any intention of reselling. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the web site is strictly forbidden. If you are interested in reselling our products, please contact our Customer Service team customer@pabloochoashoes.com and we will reply to your enquiry as soon as we can.

6. Fraudulent, false or speculative orders

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as orders requested by customers with whom any dispute/controversy could exist about previous orders, or when there is a reasonable doubt as to whether the customer is violating any purchasing condition herein contained or participating in any criminal activity.

We can modify the present purchase terms and conditions and the legal notice at any time. You can always read and print the updated version of both texts by clicking on the links “Purchase Terms and Conditions” and “Legal Notice”.

7. Delivery

pabloochoa.shoes would like you to receive your new shoes and accessories as soon as posible so that you can enjoy them! To achieve that, we offer you different delivery options so that you can choose the more convenient for you. If you have any questions or suggestions about the delivery of your order, we will be pleased to answer you customer@pabloochoashoes.com.

In the order form, the customer will be requested to provide a delivery address within the normal working hours. pabloochoa.shoes is not liable for errors caused in the delivery when the address indicated by the customer is incorrect or certain data needed for delivery has been omitted. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes. Failure to meet any of these requirements in the delivery address entails automatic cancellation of the order.

We do not deliver to the Canary Island (Spain), EEUU, Russia or Asia from our website at the moment. However, if you would like to buy anything from our website you can contact us directly by email (customer@pabloochoashoes.com) and we will make our best to sned them to you.

8. Payment

Any order placed should be paid immediately after its confirmation. We will only process orders once payment is complete and verified.

Payment shall be made by:

o Acredit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)

o PayPal.

The amount of the order will be charged to your credit card, therefore, you shall fill in the number, expiration date and security code CW2 (marked on the back of the card). If your credit card is specially protected you will be asked to enter the relevant security codes.

For safety reasons, if you select PayPal as a payment option, once you place the order you are not allowed to make any kind of changes in the shipping address.

This information will not be saved or manipulated by us, but it will be directly transferred to the payment gateway of the relevant banking institution. For added security, we use a Safety E-commerce Authentication Service, this system is established by Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard where the cardholder is authenticated with their Issuing Bank and the store is authenticated with its Acquiring Bank. To ensure confidentiality and integrity of the transactions, these are made using protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with security keys of 128 bits.

Real-time charging will be made through this payment gateway. In case the charge cannot be eventually made, the order will be automatically cancelled.

pabloochoashoes.com will issue a billing document by email with your order confirmation once the order has left our premises. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

pabloochoashoes.com advices that will not be able to modify any invoice details to comply with the Real Decreto 1496/2003 on Invoicing rules, modified by Real Decreto 87/2005).

9. Currency and Taxes

In accordance with current legislation, every purchase made through our website is subject to the Spanish value added tax (VAT).

Orders placed from the Canary Islands shall be VAT-free, although delivery charges and import taxes and expenses (IGIC, customs clearance, etc…) are not included in the price and customers shall pay them directly to the logistics operator in charge of the delivery. In the same vein, when these customers return an order they must pay the costs of the product leaving their territory, plus shipping costs.

We reserve the right to make changes to prices shown on the website without prior notice.

The price of any products shall be the one indicated on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur.

If an error in the price indicated on our website is detected, you will be notified as soon as possible. You can reconfirm or cancel the order (in the case of cancellation, automatic reimbursement of the amount you paid will take place immediately).

We are not obliged to provide the product(s) to you at the incorrect lower price (even after we have sent you the Confirmation Order) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

10. Returns & exchanges

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products. This means that during this time if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You just need to tell us that you wish to cancel the contract. The easiest way to do this is to send us an email to customer@pabloochoashoes.com

10.1 Exchanges & Returns

We do not accept bags returns. If you wish to change or return another item, you should follow the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to customer@pabloochoashoes.com stating your order number and the details of the products that you would like to change or return with the reason of exchange or return (We would like to improve!). Our Customer Service team will confirm by email that the return process has started.
  2. Prepare your returns or exchange using its original package (shoe box or bag cover).Use the plastic bag sent with your order to send your products back to us. To send us your package you have 2 options:

- for the same price (exchange for another colour, size or model), as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
- for a different price (exchange for another model) our Central office we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item in store.

  • Choose your preferred transport agency and send us the package to Sociedad Gestora de Zapaterias S.L.U Polígono Industrial Alcoz, Crta. Valencia, 6,300 Nave 116D-E, 50410 - Cuarte de Huerva ZARAGOZA - Spain. You will be liable for the return costs

If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

We will not accept any return deliveries with unpaid pastage.

As soon as we receive your return or exchange, we will review it. If everything is ok, we will refund you using the same payment method that you use in your purchase. 

10.2 Damaged products

You should follow the instructions from point 10.1 and our transport agency will contact you to confirm a collection time. In your return request email to us, you should include the damage details. pabloochoa.shoes will be liable for the transport costs of damaged products.

As soon as we receive your return we will proceed to review it carefully and will inform you by email if we proceed with a refund or we send you a new one.
